Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Account data (name, email), usage data (uploads, credit purchases, IP and device metadata for security), and file metadata (filename, size, type, timestamps). File contents are stored to deliver your permanent links.
2. How we use data
- Operate uploads, sharing, and credit billing
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents
- Improve product performance and support
- Communicate service notices you request or that are required
3. Encryption & security
Traffic uses TLS. Stored objects are encrypted at rest in the production design. Access is limited by role. No system is perfectly secure — report issues via the contact page.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use infrastructure and payment processors as processors. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the platform.
5. Retention
Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Deleted files are removed from active storage subject to backup rotation.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data via Contact, subject to legal retention needs.
