2. Filing a notice
Send a written notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed infringed
- The URL or description of the material on FileCrater
- Your contact information
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act

4. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, and consent to jurisdiction as required by statute.
5. Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe may be terminated.
